Project Status Update: Site work is currently underway, with mass excavation in progress. The anticipated timeline for the installation of concrete foundations is August–September 2026. Project manpower will be phased in as follows:

Local members, NASRCC members, Travelling members, New Members.

All required training certifications must be UBC recognized certifications, except OSHA 10.

The Project is located in Clay NY 13041. The scheduled shift can vary per contractor. The Current Journeyman rate is $33.49 per hour plus benefits ($22.40) with rate increase of $5.00 per hour for total package on July 1st,2026.

The estimated completion date is 2035. The current scope of work is concrete form work and scaffold erection. Drug and Alcohol testing will be done on the first day of hire this excludes Marijuana. Background checks. Must have a current OSHA 10 card.
